With 60 plus products available everyday in store and many more available through special order, our experienced staff are on hand to help provide you with the correct product that gives you the maximum benefit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*Most products will come with Manufacturer's warranty (Please see below how you can make a warranty claim on a product purchsed from us). 

*We keep most popular products on hand so deliveries will be done as soon as the payment is received. 

*Most  north and south island deliveries will take maximum 3 working days ( however most deliveries take maximum 2 days once the order is dispatched) if you address is not a rural address.

*Rural Deliveries can take additional 2 days.

*We only sell best quality (UNUSED) health/mobility products at the best prices.

*All our products come from reliable sources (local suppliers) and most of them come with manufacturer’s warranty.

*We do not sell parallel imported products.

* We don’t say we are the cheapest. But do compare our prices to other sellers and decide for yourself.

*Our job is not done when we finish a sale and deliver the product to your doorstep. We believe in giving  the after sale service to your satisfaction.

*Do come back to us if you have any problems with any product purchased from us and we will try to rectify it as soon as we can.

Warranty Claim:

Rarely ever you will need to make a warranty claim on a product purchased from us as we only deal with reputable suppliers who provide highest quality goods. 

However, in unfortunate circumstances, if you have to make a warranty claim, the goods has to be returned to us ( or a part can be supplied if just a part of the product is broken). The charges to ship the product back to us will have to be paid by the customer. We can organise a pick up at your request. The cost of shipping the product back to you after it's fixed will be paid by us.
