*Most products will come with Manufacturer's warranty (Please see below how you can make a warranty claim on a product purchsed from us).

*We keep most popular products on hand so deliveries will be done as soon as the payment is received.

*Most north and south island deliveries will take maximum 3 working days ( however most deliveries take maximum 2 days once the order is dispatched) if you address is not a rural address.

*Rural Deliveries can take additional 2 days.

*We only sell best quality (UNUSED) health/mobility products at the best prices.

*All our products come from reliable sources (local suppliers) and most of them come with manufacturer’s warranty.

*We do not sell parallel imported products.

* We don’t say we are the cheapest. But do compare our prices to other sellers and decide for yourself.

Warranty Claim:

Rarely ever you will need to make a warranty claim on a product purchased from us as we only deal with reputable suppliers who provide highest quality goods.

However, in unfortunate circumstances, if you have to make a warranty claim, the goods has to be returned to us ( or a part can be supplied if just a part of the product is broken). The charges to ship the product back to us will have to be paid by the customer. We can organise a pick up at your request. The cost of shipping the product back to you after it's fixed will be paid by us.
