Can I pick up my order in store?

Unfortunately we do not have pick up in store option any more.

Do you take phone orders? 

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to take phone orders any more

Can I pay by bank transfer or direct credit?

Unfortunately we do not have the option of paying via direct credit anymore.

How long will my order take to process? 

*All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 working days  of receiving the order provided the goods are in stock.


* A customer service person will get in touch with you if an item you have ordered is out of stock or has been discontinued as soon as we can. 


* If due to unforseen circumstances, an item has to be ordered in, it can take 1 - 2 working days for us to procure the stock. In this case, it may take extra time for us to dispatch your order. You will be kept informed if such a situation does occur.

Can I get my order express posted to me?

We do not have the option to express post items.


Why are your prices so low?

We are able to keep our prices low by keeping our overheads low and by purchasing in bulk and passing on our savings to you.


Do I need to create a profile before I can place an order?

No. You can purchase any items as a guest. However, by creating a profile, you provide with important information that enables us to process your order seamlessly. All the information that you provide is confidential and will only be used to maximise our service to you. 


Why should I subscribe to your newsletter?

Firstly, will NEVER spam our customers or send unsolicited emails. The newsletter is  jam packed with great new products and offers that are only available to our subscribers. By not subscribing you may be missing out on some great deals. You are also free to UNSUBSCRIBE at any time by following the unsubscribe link on the newsletter.


What can I do if I order the wrong product?

You can call us immediately on 09 629 0279 and we will amend your order if the order has not been dispatched. In the event that your order has been dispatched, we are happy for you to return the product within 7 days of receiving it. All products must be received unopened and in their original undamaged packs.  will then supply you the right product. We do not offer REFUND for change of mind so please choose products carefully.


Your Chemist reserves the right to refuse a refund if products are found to be damaged or tempered with.


What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

  In the rare event that we send out the wrong product, please contact us immediately on 09 629 0279 or email us on [email protected] . You will be instructed to post the item back. Once received, we will refund you both  product and postage costs. The correct product will be mailed out to you at no extra postage cost.


If  I have a symptom can your pharmacist help me diagnose it and recommend a treatment?

No. Although all the pharmacists at  are fully qualified, we are unable to ethically offer medical advice or diagnose online. Pharmacists at Your Chemist online pharmacy do NOT replace your regular health care professionals with whom you can interact face to face and they are able to see and diagnose your symptoms accurately. We are very happy to offer information on products that  you wish to purchase and instruct you on how to use, side effect profile, interactions with other medications and recommended doses.


Are the Prices displayed on the website GST inclusive?

Yes they are. 


What are your OPENING HOURS?

We are open from Monday to Friday : from 8.30am to 6.00 pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
